Welcome to Cross Country!
First day of practice will be Monday, July 31st, 2023. Practices will be at the Buffalo Ridge High School Track until school starts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Please register with AthleticClearance.com with your Sports Physical information before the first day of practice.
Parent Meeting will be Tuesday, August 1st @ 6:30 in the Buffalo Ridge High School Cafeteria.
